We have been pretty quiet online recently and It’s been a while since my last blog, this is down to lots that has been happening in the world of Pellings Business Solutions.
We have recently rebranded and not only do we offer a Virtual PA service we now offer an onsite and offsite Business Support Concierge service. So why would you rebrand I hear you say?
Well, as you all know Karen Brooks started out just offering a Virtual PA service but as the business grew and more enquiries were coming in, it was soon apparent that business owners needed more support than just her immediate skills. So it was time to expand the services.
Pellings now has an amazing core team who support her clients offering a full end to end Concierge service with their Marketing, Content writing, Lead generation, Social media management, Credit Control, Business process efficiency improvements, Email and Diary Management and many more services.
After seeking some valuable business mentoring from Kelly West of Kelly Louise West over the past few months, we decided that the sole term Virtual PA just didn’t work anymore and Pellings was so much more.
After brain storming some ideas with our favourite ex journalist James West of Clean Slate Websites the word Concierge was mentioned and you know when something is right and you have that light bulb moment, well this was it. Concierge is that ‘total’ service that delivers what ever you want.
Well this is us. Since Pellings Business Solutions come with a renown reputation for doing what we say and giving you what you need, you can rest assured your projects will get completed, we help take your business to the next level through becoming a key part of your team and a fully trusted partner.

We are growing all the time and are currently looking to grow the team further to work closely with the owner on our internal admin and on future client projects.
Do you know anyone who is based in UK (Hampshire, Sussex and Dorset area), has excellent people skills, integrity and understands confidentiality and privacy, ideally have experience in working on multiple projects, is ultra organised, has a car and drives, would like to grow with the business and would like to work self employed (part time initially) and become part of our associate team. We would also consider someone who has recently finished college, university and wants to launch their career within this exciting business.
