Karen Brooks

Karen is the founder and owner of Pellings Business Solutions.

Having launched her Concierge support business in 2014 when she moved to a new area, she wanted a change in career. Having come from a financial, corporate background, her vision was to help small businesses that could not necessarily justify the expense of a full time employee by providing them with a total package of business support services using a team of carefully selected specialists who shared her passion.

Karen is passionate about supporting her clients and will spend time understanding their vision and their business to enable her to help with business development and loves watching their businesses grow under her support.

At weekends you will see her spend quality time with her family, walking by the sea or out with nature, she loves to travel and seeing the world.

Lauren Paine

Hi, I’m Lauren and I work with Karen on various admin type tasks as well as advising on marketing areas. I’ve worked in Marketing for 17 years for various big named brands as well as running my own business, so I know exactly what it is like. I love being able to help people with their marketing efforts or just freeing up their time so that they can get on with what they are best at. I have two very lively boys and enjoy going out on my bike or for a run, when I get any spare time.

Drew joined us in June 2018 and brings with a wealth of sales and telemarketing experience. He has become a real asset to the team.

Drew is an experienced salesman who enjoys the thrill of selling, he has over 15 years’ experience in his profession and has worked in many areas of sales, from door knocking to closing large deals with international brands. 

Drew loves the thrill of sales; and understands that sales is a process and how to approach each opportunity.

In his spare time Drew likes to go to the gym, watch films, travel and spend time with his family and friends. Drew also likes to help to the less fortunate, he believes in giving back to the community.

Emma is the newest member of the team, joining us in May 2019. Emma brings with her a wealth of experience and is a core part of the team.

I have been an administrator for over nine years working mainly in industrial, engineering and construction businesses.
My main specialities include planning & scheduling work, organisation of teams and advising on products. What ever industry I work in I make it my responsibility to learn the product or business.

As a mother I enjoy spending time with my family and trips to Cornwall.

Emma has worked in various senior admin roles for over 23 years and starting working as a VA as she wanted flexibility to work around her family. I

Emma will support is services such as research, proofreading, data entry, copy typing, document formatting, travel arrangements & social media posting. 

In her free time she enjoy’s spending time outdoors walking in the countryside or by the sea and loves reading and yoga.

 Katie is also a mum of 2, a keen runner and has a huge love for reading.
